The Site Vision
Purva Diamond Vajarahalli Master Plan
The master plan for Purva Diamond Vajarahalli is a study in restraint: 3.6 acres, twin towers, and a deliberate commitment to keeping 80% of the site as open, landscaped space. By building vertically to 33 floors per tower with residences starting at the 7th floor, the design frees up nearly the entire ground plane for gardens, leisure zones, and the podium amenity deck.
The tower rises on 3 basement levels of parking plus a ground-floor podium that hosts the clubhouse and signature amenities. Only then do the residential floors begin - elevated above the street, buffered from Kanakapura Road noise, and oriented to capture long-range views toward Turahalli Forest and the South Bengaluru skyline. - Twin towers, 33 floors each - Each tower hosts four homes per floor — residents share corridors only with the immediate floor neighbour, creating an enclave feel.
- Elevated podium design - Tower base sits above street level, buffering noise and delivering unobstructed views from every floor.
- two lift cores per tower - Two lift cores per tower serve ~125 residences (~4 homes per floor) with near-private elevator experience.
- Minimal shared walls - Acoustic privacy treated as a structural constraint, not an afterthought.
